Shipping- We don’t ship on weekends or national holidays. Processing may take 3-5 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you once processing has been completed. Tracking estimated arrival dates are determined once the post office processes the arrival of your package. We always select 3-7 days and the packages often arrive earlier than later. We ship to main land United States only, at this time. *NOTE Due to COVID19, some delays are beyond our control and we cannot guarantee precise arrival. Local COVID19 orders from the state may impede on the speed of your package. Social Distancing in local postal centers can create delays. Unfortunately, some residents are not compliant with distancing in public places. If further delays due to these complications arise we will notify you by email. These types of delays should not exceed 2 additional business days.
Returns/Exchanges– We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Since minerals are natural and can vary in shape, color, size, and in its own intricate inclusions and patterns, we cannot guarantee that every piece is going to look exactly like those pictured in the listing. Most of our mineral listings contain all of our inventory of that specific item. Of those in which we do not show all items, our inventory contains items very similar to those pictured. Due to COVID19, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Damaged/Missing Shipment- If your treasures arrive damaged, we can either refund you for the price paid or replace. If items are sold out we can replace with a similar item for the same price. If your shipment is missing and tracking arrival date is delayed by more than 3 days, please contact us so we can file a claim. If your item cannot be recovered in a reasonable amount of time, we will refund you for the amount of your treasures.
Eco-Friendly Commitment- We strive to work toward more eco-friendly shipping as much as possible. We reuse shipping materials whenever we can and all materials are appropriately cleaned prior to reuse.
Gift Wrapping- All treasures will arrive gift wrapped and will include white sage or other magical herbs that can be used for cleansing their energy prior to your spiritual work.
